I think this is one of the best condo resort developed by IJM.

Another good thing of Bayswater is, it comes by its class. Surrounded with many excellent restaurants, and a nearby Tesco hypermart.

If u happens to take a look at Parkview resort developed by IJM, it was still maintain superbly good and pleasant for staying. I don't mind paying a little more on maintenance fee to enjoying the nice and well maintain amenities and facilities, u will understand what I mean if u happens to visit Sunnyville or E-Park (it was so run down).

Look beyond the current state, the future blueprint will encompasses more and more shopping malls, a leisure place for tourist as well as someone who enjoying seaview while having their meals. I believe this area will be far more properous than Pulau Tikus in the future. Also, a place where you can enjoying seaview as well we ruling out the Tsunami invasion.
